	Commercial real estate markets have been relatively flat this year, but improving fundamentals mean a more positive trend for 2012, NAR forecasts. &ldquo;Vacancy rates are flat, leasing is soft and concessions continue to make it a tenant&rsquo;s market, but with modest economic growth and job creation, the fundamentals for commercial real estate should gradually improve in the coming year,&rdquo; says NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun.</p>

	The improving economy and job creation mean improving vacancy rates in the major sectors, NAR says.       <![CDATA[Nominations are now being accepted for new members to the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® (GLAR) and Metro Search, Inc. (MSI) Board of Directors.  

Candidates for the GLAR Board of Directors must have been a Realtor® member in good standing for at least one (1) year and must have served at least one (1) year as an active member of a committee or task force.  There are no prior service requirements to serve on the MSI Board of Directors.
