Catylist Property Listing Classifications
Catylist uses Property Main Types and Sub-Types to classify commercial property. Main property types allow for general classification and are based on the function or use of the real property.
Property Main Types
- Office
- Industrial
- Shopping Center
- Retail Commercial
- Multi-Family
- Hospitality
- Vacant Land
- Farm / Ranch
- Special Purpose
- Business Opportunity
Note: Business Opportunities may not include real estate or real property.
Property Sub-Types
Each of the Main Property Types are further broken down into categories called Sub-Types depending on the characteristics of the property. Property Sub-Types are based on physical improvements (e.g., size and structure) as well as the amenities and services available to occupants and users, and are further broken down into additional subdivisions where applicable.
