Our speakers will be Brian Mazar and Hal Thomas.
Mr. Mazar is the Managing Director/CEO of American Fortune. Mr. Mazar is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) who has advised business owners in every industry on all aspects of mergers & acquisitions. He will be speaking about business closings as opposed to commercial real estate closings.
Mr. Thomas is with the law firm of Thomas, Dodson & Wolford, PLLC. He is experienced in the closing and financing of commercial real estate transactions as well as the sale & purchase of a business. He will speak on pitfalls for Commercial Real Estate Brokers and sales people.
