Ms. Cheek has been active in commercial real estate since 1987 and has focused on land acquisition and sales across the spectrum: out-lot, big box retail, commercial, residential and multi-family. She is experienced in both buyer and seller representation and she has generated more than $400-million in land transactions. Cheek spent more than 13 years working for commercial land developers and brings that knowledge and experience to her brokerage business.
