Steve is a member of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter, serving as President in 2000 and he is a member of the Society of Industrial & Office REALTORS Indiana/Kentucky Chapter where he also served as President in 2000. His specialties are industrial sales and leasing, site selections, site dispositions and tenant representation in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Steve is a member of the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS, Kentucky Association of Economic Development and The Rotary Club of Louisville. Steve is a former Chairman of the Jefferson County Landmarks Commission and Archives, former member of the Catholic Charities of Louisville Board of Directors, former member of the St. Xavier High School Board of Directors and was the St. Xavier High School Class Agent of the Year co-recipient in 2019.
