Downtown Jeffersonville- Now you can own a part of history and one of the most noted properties in Downtown. Circa 1910, built as the US Post Office, later becoming the Indiana Southeast University location until the early 1970's. Has since been a variety of office users. The property is positioned upon a high point overlooking Warder Park, which in itself is a great park setting and is well maintained by the City of Jeffersonville. You have to see the wall recognizing history, culture and art. The City of Jeffersonville continues to work on their overall plan for making Downtown even more attractive to residents, future residents and visitors. The Art District is proving to be an "attention getter" along with all of the local eateries, small boutique retailers, new hotel, new luxury apartments, new condominiums and more to come. The Big Four Walking Bridge (BFWB) connects to the Kentucky banks of the Ohio River and makes for a great walk, great view and also brings in reportedly up to a million people crossing during the season. There is a park at the foot of the BFWB and along with the Farmers Market there are many events and activities organized by the City and the local National Main Street Program. All of this and you can walk to the river and enjoy the wharf where the boats dock and the Overlook and Entertainment area on the river. It's worth taking a look at and I encourage you to do so and then call me for a tour ofvthe property which requires a 48 hour notice to coordinate with owners tenants.
Immediate access to all interstate travel for I-65, I-64, I-265. There are several bridges in the immediate area connecting to Downtown Louisville for quick business connecting activities and events (though fewer with the COVID restrictions for now).
