Interior Description: |
The first floor boasts an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen with lots of space and exposed brick. The living room is large enough to comfortably fit three sofas. The eat-in kitchen features white cabinets, black granite counters with island, stainless appliances, and space for a 6-8 person dining table.
Between the kitchen and the bedrooms is a laundry cut out in the hall with stackable washer and dryer and the first floor full bath for guest use and for the 3rd bedroom. The washer and dryer will remain with the house. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and pictured with a full-size bed. This room would make an excellent kids room, guest room, or home office for 1-2 people.
Two of the three bedrooms are en-suites - one on the first floor and one on the second. The first floor ensuite could serve as an Airbnb or short-term rental, with guest access from the rear of the house. There is no need for guests to use the main living quarters unless you decide to make them available. The ensuite features a large closet and full bath with shower/tub.
The second floor features the primary en-suite. Lower ceilings make a cozy environment for this 220 sq ft space. The room can easily accommodate a king bed w/ bedside tables, chest, and even a desk for a flex work space. A deck can be added off the rear of the house to expand the space and incorporate the outdoors.
In the rear of the house is an inviting back patio and small yard with exterior outlets to add cafe lighting. The semi-secluded nature of this house makes it great for entertaining inside or out, and into the early morning - perfect for night owls. There is a business with a parking lot to the right of the house, flood wall to the left with businesses on the other side, and a bar/restaurant directly across the street. |
