As a Louisville native, Craig brings a broad understanding of the market to Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates. After spending 20+ years managing hundreds of millions of assets in the senior living space, he brings a unique set of experience and knowledge.

This strong background and approach to real estate is operational and valuation focused. Combining goals for investors with paths to achievement is my primary focus. Craig develops life long clients for whom he manages all their real estate needs.
