Jack is a native of Lexington, Ky. He graduated from Henry Clay High School in 1979. After receiving a full ride scholarship to play football at Western Kentucky University, where he received a B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Economics in 1984. Jack moved back to Lexington and started his real estate career at Paul Semonin Realtors before transferring to Remax Allstar in 1992. He earned his broker's license in 1994 and started Woodruff Properties in 2006. He was designated a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in October of 2019. CCIM's are recognized as experts in commercial real estate brokerage and investment analysis. With a career of selling several hundred residential and commercial properties as well as management of industrial, retail, and residential property, he has the knowledge and expertise to work for you. Jack is a member of the Lexington and Kentucky CCIM chapters as well as the National Association of Realtors(NAR).
