Vinny Paiva was raised in Lexington, Kentucky, and is a 2013 graduate of Transylvania University. Following college, he was hired at the Lexington-based “Big Ass Fans Company” where he worked in business development and sales. Vinny’s primary focus was growing the brand and expanding into various international markets. Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish, he spent some time living in Brazil and collaborating with other brands to grow their international presence as well.

Prior to joining Block + Lot, Vinny worked for Fortune Realty as a sales agent. He volunteers as an ambassador for Habitat for Humanity in Fayette County – a nonprofit whose mission is to bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope.
