Elizabeth Monarch, MBA, CAI, GRI entered into the Auction and Real Estate Industry in 2002. Elizabeth is a member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, GLAR Region 3 Director and Board of Director for the Kentucky Association of Realtors, a Board of Director for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, Current Committee Member on the National Association of Realtors Risk Mgt. Committee, Past Board Member of the Transylvania University Executive Alumni Board, Past President of Louisville Women Council of Realtors (WCR), Past Region 1 Director for the National Association of Women Council, and a member of Junior League of Louisville. In March 2004, Elizabeth completed a three year Certified Auctioneers Program at Indiana University and received the CAI designation from the Certified Auctioneers Institute and National Auctioneer’s Association. In 2011, Elizabeth received her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation and was named 2011 Women Council of Realtors Entrepreneur of the Year . In 2014, Elizabeth received her Lifetime Achievement Award and has sold over 1,000 properties. She is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana and is the owner of Auction Solutions, LLC and a Realtor with The Monarch Group powered by eXp Realty.
