After graduating from Centre College, in Danville, KY, in 1989 with a BA in Economics I worked in Commercial Lending and Business Development at the Bank of Louisville. In 1991 I began my real estate career with NAI Walter Wagner, Jr. Company as a real estate Sales Associate, I became an Associate Broker in 2001 and in January of that year I was promoted to Director of Sales, a position which I held until September 2005. On September 12th 2005 Duncan Commercial Real Estate, LLC was started with two partners specializing in property management, sales, leasing, development and restaurant consulting. I am currently a Member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors,the Kentucky CCIM Chapter, ICSC and I also served as a board member of the Kilgore Samaritan Counseling Center. I am also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Indiana.
