The site features the last true hard corner on the over seven miles of River Ridge road frontage on IN 62. River Ridge Parkway is the main vehicular connector to IN 62 and the new I-265 interchange near the new East End Bridge that is anticipated to open in late 2016 or early 2017. The Bend boasts two outparcels, approximately 18,200+/- SF of retail multi-tenant space spread over two buildings, and a 10-15,000+/- square foot medical build to suit pad. The Bend is the next opportunity for employees at River Ridge to gain the necessary amenities that will help fuel the growth of the River Ridge Commerce Center and the surrounding community. Traffic counts are approaching 40,000 cars per day with a regional employee count of over 16,000 and an economic output of over $2.3 Billion to date per the most recent 2017 River Ridge Commerce Center Economic Impact Study. The Bend has unparalleled ease of ingress, egress and visibility located at the new eight lane intersection that, in addition to being the connector to the new I-265 interchange through River Ridge, will also eventually connect River Ridge to the Clark County Airport and I-65. Traffic counts on Highway 62 are near 40,000 vehicles per day with that number set to grow higher with every new announcement of businesses entering the River Ridge Commerce Center, which is only 12% developed leaving nearly 5,000 acres left for new projects and businesses. The River Ridge Commerce Center is located in Southern Indiana with easy access to I-265, I-65, I-64 and I-75, as well as, the new East-End Bridge set to open by the end of 2016.
