developed in the 1960s. Initially the Park was approved for
72 mobile home pads. The existing pads are smaller than what is
currently required for new developments. Currently 33 of the mobile home pads are leased. The use of these pads have been "grandfathered." in per the old regulations. There are currently 39 vacant mobile home pads. These pads would require modification to become usable. The pads would need to be enlarged to accommodate modern mobile homes. It is estimated that approximately 20 new lots could be created to conform to the revised regulations. There are currently 3 additional lots already approved by the health department, along with 2 RV lots that are recently rented. There is also a 1,090 square foot office building. The majority of the building is used for storage. The building has a small office area and a bathroom. Major upgrades include removal of multiple very large dead or dying trees, repaving of approximately 2/3 of the Park roads, installing water submeters to each home and instituting a water RUB for excess usage, repair of several old underground water and drain lines and installing new secure mailboxes which adhere to USPS regulations.
