Andy Bleiden will be our speaker, beginning at 8:30am. Mr. Blieden is the key executive of Butchertown Market. He’s been in the real estate business since 1980. Mr. Blieden has a passion for finding buildings in great locations that are in gross disrepair and bringing them back to their original splendor. He has received numerous awards and recognition for his preservation work and has been singled out by the city of Louisville as one of the top innovators for Adaptive Reuse of Real Estate.
