Membership
As a member of the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance, you will have exposure to a network of over 400 commercial real estate professionals, full access to the KCREA website designed to address the challenges unique to commercial and industrial properties, and public search capabilities designed to keep you at the center of the transaction. Your membership also serves to support KCREA‘S efforts to pass legislation beneficial to the commercial real estate industry.
Membership Requirements
To become a member of KCREA, you must have an active real estate license in good standing. Membership is granted to individuals rather than firms. The applicant must be associated with a Designated REALTORS member of GLAR, MSI, or another Board of Realtors. You are required to read the KCREA Rules & Regulations prior to submitting your application, to understand how this service differs from the MLS.
