You Control Access and Information

For each commercial property listing, you can select the appropriate data sharing levels for both the public and private searches as well as for each website it is distributed to. Time stamps are embedded into each listing to ensure that users update or verify property listings every 30 days! The inactive, expired and unknown listings are flagged and removed from the system on a routine basis.

Public Exposure for Your Listings

The KCREA website has a public side which lets potential tenants, investors, and buyers see limited information on properties and space that is available. It is designed to keep YOU in the center of the transaction! Through this website, your listings are connected to CCIMNet®s national hub for local, national, and worldwide exposure.
