Anne joined Duncan Commercial Real Estate as a Property Manager and Marketing Coordinator for the Company. She brings thirteen years of experience in both commercial and residential property management. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Anne moved to Boca Raton, Florida where she started her career in real estate. She worked for Trammell Crow and The Altman Company, leasing and managing apartment communities for both established and new construction projects. Upon returning to Louisville, to raise her family, Anne continued this path managing over 450,000 square feet of office space, and most recently worked with a consulting company where she recruited international retailers for developments across the world. Her focus with Duncan CRE is building the company’s property management portfolio, and representing commercial properties.
