Sure there are more apartments just like everywhere else but, there are more new restaurants, retailers, services and though you may not see it, there are pieces of land that have been purchased for future development. Seller will build to suit (to include apartments), office, retail and other approved uses especially those "permitted uses" that the leadership in the Town of Sellersburg see as major growth contributors.
