The lunchtime panel discussion will involve representatives from the KY Transportation Cabinet, Andy Barber, and the Indiana Dept. of Transportation, Ronald Heustis. They will give brief presentations of the overall project from each of their respective State's perspectives, with KY being in charge of the Downtown Bridge and Indiana being in charge of the East End Bridge and tunnel approach. Topics will include an update of the progress to date and the expected conclusion points, followed by a discussion of the planned tolls. Gary Tyler of Business First will moderate the discussion.
